Domaines des Braves Régnié
Château Lamartine, Cahors
This beautiful French Malbec-Merlot blend is made in the Old World style as opposed to its Argentinian counterparts. The dry, smoky, and spicy palate makes it perfect to drink on its own or pair with a variety of foods.
Chateau Barrejat Tradition, Madiran, France
Made with the Tannat & Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this complex French wine has dry tannic textures and dark fruit flavors. Think Gothic times and roasted meats. Perfect with our Flat-Iron steak.
Hocus Pocus Syrah from Black Sheep Finds
From Wine Enthusiast: “A little rugged in tannins, but nicely dry and crisp in acidity, with rich, forward cherry, boysenberry, cranberry and cola flavors, accented with a hint of toasty oak. An easy, elegant wine to drink now.” (03/11) Try this with our Wild Boar Taquitos.
Genuine Risk Red Bordeaux Blend from Black Sheep Finds
60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot. A rustic wine, with semisweet blackberry and cherry pie filling flavors and some tannin. Bordeaux varieties from Santa Ynez Valley have a natural acidity and structure and less alcohol and over-ripe flavors. Try this with our Flat Iron Steak.
Down To Earth Rose from Martian Ranch & Vineyard
